Permit Increases

Please note the following changes for monthly parking permits.

Currently our Permits are $125 per month, as of March 1, 2017 Non-Commercial Permits will be $150 per month.

Currently or Commercial Permits are $200, as of April 1, 2017 Commercial Permits will be $225 per month.

Monthly Parking Permit Changes

Note: Due to the anticipated construction start date of our new Parking Garage that will be built in the Guntzer Street lot, as of December 1, 2016 the Guntzer Street Lot will be a "pay by space" (pay at machines) or "pay by cell" lot only. No permits will be sold in this lot until construction has been completed. We are hopeful we will be able to allow limited parking in this lot during construction, however, there may be a time when there will be no parking at all during the 10-12 months of construction. We will notify all parkers at this time.

In addition, the following lots may only be purchased in the office as of December 1, 2016 thereafter until construction has been completed:

  • Gerome
  • Center
  • MBL
  • BPS
  • Community South

We are working diligently to secure alternative lots that will allow permits for the duration of the construction period to relocate those currently parking in the Guntzer Street lot. Please check back regularly for updated information.

We know this is a tremendous inconvenience, we apologize for the disruption.
